I'm the Port Operations Assistant Manager. My main focuses during the season are overseeing ship turns, scheduling and training.
Who am I?
I began my time with HAP as a Guest Service Agent in Anchorage at the hotels. I spent a couple of years in that role and then was promoted to supervisor. I transitioned to the year-round team in Port Operations in 2017 and absolutely love my job.
